The hotel commits to confirming the appointment date by email to the customer.
The order of a service implies the customer's full and unconditional acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale, which take precedence over any other document.

3. Rates
The rates for accommodations listed on the website www.olympic-djerba.com are expressed in Tunisian Dinar and include all taxes. Services will be billed based on the rates in effect on the day of the firm and definitive order registration.

4. Payment Conditions
The reservation is definitive once the customer confirms it on the website www.olympic-djerba.com.
The hotel will not be required to provide the services ordered by the customer if the requested conditions are not met.

5. Conditions and Fees in Case of Cancellation
Cancellation of the service after confirmation of reservation is subject to the following provisions:

5.1 Cancellation by the Hotel
In case of force majeure or exceptional events, preventing the hotel from providing the service, the full amount of the service will be refunded to the customer.

5.2 Cancellation by the Customer
Any order canceled by the customer before the service day (including weekends and holidays) will incur penalties billed according to the conditions agreed with the hotel.
The customer must ensure to be on time and at the reserved location.
If the customer cancels after the agreed appointment time or does not arrive at the rendezvous location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the customer will not receive any exchange or refund, and the full amount of the accommodation price will be due.

6. Liability and Warranty
The services offered and listed on the website www.olympic-djerba.com comply with the Tunisian regulations in force.
The texts and photographs illustrating the presentation of accommodations on the website www.olympic-djerba.com are non-contractual and therefore do not engage the responsibility of the hotel in any way.
Individuals photographed during guided accommodations tacitly agree to the publication of these photos on the website www.olympic-djerba.com.
During the accommodation, participants are under their own civil responsibility. The hotel cannot be held responsible for accidents or thefts during the accommodation.
